Hirevisor, Inc. offers the services to recommend alternative job opportunities to job search candidates "Candidate Users" through our website www.hirevisor.com ("Site") or other electronic means ("Services").
What Data Do We Collect?Personal Data
Hirevisor collects information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person ("data subject"); an identifiable natural person is one who can be identified, directly or indirectly, in particular by reference to an identifier.
For Candidate Users, we may ask for and collect your name, username, address, email address, and phone number and log in credentials from third party sites (such as Facebook) in the event you choose to log in using third party services. ("Contact Information"). We also collect your education, employment history and human resources evaluation information that you provide ("Employment Record") and demographic information such as gender and location ("Demographic Data").
We may receive your Contact Information, Employment Record and Demographic Data from a company that Candidate Users have applied with in the past, but only if you consent to use our Services after the company you applied to has invited you to join.

If you wish to apply for jobs with companies that you interested in working for and consent to send them your information as a part of the application process, we will share your Contact Information, Employment Record and Demographic Data in connection with your application or expression of interest. This information is provided to a potential employer solely in connection with the evaluation of your application for employment and to enable them to follow up with you.Law Enforcement and Internal Operations
We and the companies you apply to are required by United States federal law to collect and report anonymized racial, gender and disability information on job applicants who have volunteered to provide such information. We may retain such information in order to address any legal claims in the future as well.Business Transfer
We sometimes contract with other companies and individuals to perform functions or services on our behalf, such as software maintenance, data hosting, sending email messages, etc. We necessarily have to share your Personal Data with such third parties as may be required to perform their functions. We take steps to ensure that these parties take protecting your privacy as seriously as we do, including entering into Data Processing Addendum, EU Model Clauses and/or ensuring they have EU-U.S. and Swiss-US Privacy Shield certification or Binding Corporate Rules.Potential Employers who may be interested in Candidate Users
If you choose to make the profile containing your Employment Record available for employers to review, it will be viewable on our platform for them to see. If you choose to make your profile available to review, and they are interested, potential employers may contact you using our Services to express interest. You can withdraw your consent to share your information through your account profile at any time, at which time such information will no longer be available on the site.

How is My Data Protected?
We have implemented reasonable administrative, technical and physical security measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, destruction or alteration. For example:

- Password protection on your account.
- Data is kept on secure, encrypted servers, located in the US.
- Restricting staff access to Personal Data protected by password logs and two factor authentication.
- Regular staff privacy and security training.
- Tokenization – we tokenize data from Candidate Users to separate data from Contact Information.
However, because no security system can be 100% effective, we cannot completely guarantee the security of any information we store, process or transmit.
You can update most of your Personal Data by logging on to your account. However, if additional assistance is required to change or delete inaccuracies within your Personal Data or would like to know what information about you was collected, please contact us at [email protected]Right to Remove or Withdraw Consent
You have the right to withdraw consent where such consent is required to share or use data and you may request that we delete your Personal Data. You can hide your profile (which includes Personal Data) from public view through your account, at which time no other parties will be able to access, view or use the data you have stored with us. This will hide your data and stop us and employers from using our site to access or use it, but will not delete you data.
You may request that we delete your Personal Data by contacting us via [email protected] However, since your Personal Data is required for us to provide the Services to you, asking us to terminate your account or remove your data will also terminate your access to the services.Data Retention
We take steps to delete Personal Data is no longer necessary in relation to provide the Services by deleting it within 90 days of your terminating your account or if the account remains unused for more than one year. We may be required by law, to retain data to exercise or defend legal claims, or to comply with contractual obligations with our customers to retain some information in connection with our obligation to provide the Services. We may de-identify and anonymize some data, such as the companies you have applied to, Demographic Information or de-identified Employment Record Information for purposes of retaining it to report on or analyze trends involving the use of our Services, employment or industry trends.
For Candidate Users, we may send you electronic communications regarding potential opportunities using SendGrid. If you no longer wish to receive communications or wish to change your preferences, you may change your preferences in your account or send us a unsubscribe request.Data Portability
If you would like us to transmit your Personal Data to another company providing similar services, we will work with them to do so upon request and verification of such request with both the requestor and the company receiving the Personal Data.Right of Redress
European Economic Area residents residing in Europe, may, if they wish to, file a complaint regarding our practices by contacting the Data Commissioner’s office in the country in which they reside.
Transnational Transfer of Data
If you are providing your Personal Data to us directly to use our Services, we will transmit your data, including your Personal Data, to the United States in order to fulfill our contractual obligations to you. To the extent we transfer and process any Personal Data of European Union or Swiss data subjects to the United States from processors or controllers in the European Union or Switzerland, we will take steps to enter into a Data Protection Addendum with the controller or processor to ensure that data subject Personal Data is processed and transmitted in compliance with the GDPR

Hirevisor does not control the data collection or privacy practices of such third party sites. Minors Under 16 Years of Age
Hirevisor does not knowingly collect or store any personal information from or about children under the age of 16.

Do Not Track
"Do Not Track" or DNT is a feature enabled on some browsers that sends a signal to request that a web application disable its tracking or cross-site user tracking. At present, our Site does not respond to or alter its practices when a DNT signal is received.
